The Technical Support Services Manager, Phil Sharps has been with Clarksville Connected since April 2018. He reports directly to the General Manager.
As Technical Support Services Manager, Phil provides leadership and directs underlying staff in the various areas of support which includes SCADA, Fiber & Electronic Networking, Building Maintenance, Engineering, Customer Service, Right of Way Acquisitions, Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance, Building and Grounds Maintenance, Mapping, GPS, Industrial Maintenance, Uniform program, Departmental Budgets, and also provides hands on IT and networking expertise for the Company. Assists City of Clarksville customers with utility services, City of Clarksville, Liaison for various outside contacts that provide services to CCU.
