Disconnecting Services for Nonpayment
If the balance due on the Shut Off Notice is not paid by midnight on the date due, a $35.00 service charge fee will be added to your account. The additional charges will be reflected on the next Billing Statement. The total amount must be paid to avoid disconnect.
If you have been shut off and request to be reconnected during normal business hours, the full balance must be paid including the additional $35.00 service charge fee.
If a request to reconnect is made after normal business hours, an additional $65.00 fee will be added to your account and must be paid before being reconnected.
After hours are 3:45 – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
All payments can be made online.
Multiple disconnects for nonpayment may require an additional deposit to be paid.
