The Finance Officer, Craig Frost has been with Clarksville Connected Utilities since 2018. He is a member of the executive team reporting directly to the General Manager and actively participates in the monthly Utility Commission board meetings.

As Finance Officer, he is the key individual responsible for the financial affairs and accounting practices for Clarksville Connected Utilities. His duties include oversight of the accounting staff and is the primary contact for utility’s IT and internal software system’s needs. He also oversees the human resources function.

In addition, Craig is the key individual responsible for the operation and coordination of the Customer Service, Billing, and Metering department.
